we would recommend mastro to anyone. they were most accommodating. the friendliest dealer we have dealt with and we are retired so we have experience with many dealers. the first time we got there we were able to get get out of our car and stroll around the lot without being hasselled by a sales person. we never were pushed by the dealer which was refreshing. our salesperson, kendra was very good, mellow and patient with us. joe the sales manager was the best, he understood us very well, was the kind of person you would like to have at your house for dinner the same for sarah the finance manager. she was clear and concise, knew her business. and sarah is just a very pleasant person to work with. it took about 2 months for us to "take the plunge" and purchase the outback. we liked the family type atmosphere at this dealership. very different than most. even though i am retired i will tell you i could work for people like these. it would be a pleasure going to work. and the outback is exceeding our expectations (as they say in the customer service world.) and that is the important thing. i might add that the price of the car was fair to us and also the dealer and we did well in that respect also

First of all I did my research, contacting over 15 Subaru dealers around Fla, Ga, and S.C. I went with Mastro Subaru in Sanford because of my initial contact with their internet sales advisor, Diane Greenlaw. Her Charisma and customer service skills were refreshing and convincing. She gave me the feeling like she really cared and wanted to help, not out of obligation either, but out of pure kindness. I mean how many people can say they bought a car from someone and actually wanted to hug them, well I can say that about Diane. She really got me the best deal out of alot of dealers that I called. The whole office staff was courteous and friendly. This was the single best car buying experience I have ever had, even with my history of buying from a close family friends dealership. The car was delivered in excellent condition and looked amazing. I definetely recommend this dealer and I know when I need another car in the future, well, I hope Diane is still there.=====

My Review of Mastro Subaru:After getting treated very poorly at Sport Subaru in Orlando we went to Mastro and met with Chelsea. She took great care of us. Even when we couldn't get the car that night, she keep working and two days later we had the car. We were treated very well and felt like they truly appreciated our business. We drove from Kissimmee and it was well worth the drive. Sara was great too and got us a great deal on the service packages. Chelsea's knowledge of the vehicle was impressive. My Review of Mastro Subaru:It was a pleasure working with the staff at Mastro Subaru of Sanford. When shopping for a 2011 Impreza WRX, I found the dealerships in Jacksonville, Fl unreceptive to the maximum amount I was willing to spend on the vehicle. After a few conversations with Bob Kashius over the phone we were able to come to an agreement and I placed a deposit for an order on the car. He informed me that it would take 6-8 weeks for the car to be delivered.
The most difficult part of the experience was the wait! The order for the car was placed one week before the earthquake that devastated parts of Japan. I knew a delay was inevitable and at worse, there was a chance the order could not be fulfilled. Bob informed me via phone and email that there would be at least a 3 week delay.
Fast forward 7 weeks since the time of my order. Bob contacted me again via phone and email that he had a VIN# for the car that was reserved for me and an ETA for its arrival. Needless to say, I was ecstatic!
During the following 4 weeks leading up to the car's arrival Bob is incredibly responsive to all my questions (phone and email) and provides me with contacts in other departments of the dealership as needed.
The day arrives for me to take delivery of the car and I finally get to meet Bob, Joe Anglada Jr. the sales manager and Sarah Nettles, who took care of my financing. The dealership itself is modest in size, nothing flashy. Bob in person is even better than Bob over the phone! Amicable and easy to talk to, it was nice to finally put a face to the name. After we met we went over the vehicle and took it for a test drive. Couldn't have been happier with it! After, we sat down and went over the necessary paperwork, manuals, etc. I then spoke to Sarah Nettles to go over my financing options and vehicle registration. The fact that Subaru of Sanford issues license plates was just another plus! No need to worry about temporary tags or waiting for real tags to come in the mail. Sarah couldn't have been more pleasant or thorough in her explanations of everything. Even after signing off on everything the staff was still able to take a few minutes to chat before we parted ways.
It had been almost eleven years since purchasing my last car and I had taken months researching different makes and models prior to selecting my Subaru Impreza. I couldn't be more pleased to have dealt with the everyone at Mastro Subaru of Sanford. I'm more than happy to recommend them to anyone I know. They made my first Subaru experience a great one!=====

My Review of Mastro Subaru:I've never owned an "all wheel drive" or Subaru before but after alot of research I decided on a Subaru Forester. I found a one owner Subaru forester listed on Mastro Subaru's website and called. I spoke with a salesman (Bob) and explained that I was very interested in the car and would be driving 93 miles one way to see it. Over the phone, Bob gave me a very accurate and critical assessment of the cars condition inside and out. He even drove it while I was still on the phone with him! I decided to make the trip. When I arrived, the car was exactly what I was looking for, the condition he described was "spot on" and the price was great.
The Forester....After getting the car home, I started going through everything.(I am absolutely anal about my vehicles.) I bought a service manual and began getting familiar with my new Subaru. I have always done my own work from oil changes to complete rebuilds....I was immediately impressed with the build quality and engineering. From a mechanical point of view, everything was "logical". I was able to change the oil and filter, transmission fluid, front and rear differential fluid etc. without even jacking the car up! Spark plugs, air filter, pvc valve were all easy to remove and replace. The parts were all in stock and were inexpensive. My wife likes the layout of the inside very much, particularly the convenient sunglass holders.
The car gets amazing gas milage and drives like a dream. With the full time all wheel drive, it feels almost "stuck to the road" and gives me peace of mind while driving in Florida's rain storms or New York's snow. I now see why it was so hard to find a used forester....Those that have them, keep them. My next car (and probably the car after that) will be a subaru.=====

My Review of Mastro Subaru:This was by far the most pleasant, straight forward car buying experience I have had in 45 years of purchasing automobiles for personal use. I made use of Consumer Reports and the Zag service to determine a fair price for my 2011 Subaru Forester. I made email contact with the dealer and received a prompt, pleasant professional reply from Mr. Anglata, Sales Manager. Mr. Anglata made it immediately clear that he would honor the Consumer Reports/Zag buying service price on the car. My phone conversation lasted a couple of minutes, all questions about price, options, delivery and financing were promptly answered. I remarked to Mr. Anglata that this seemed like and awfully simple transaction, his remark to me was "it is a simple transaction". There was no nonsense or game playing. Mr. Anglata conducted himself in a highly professional yet friendly manner. We were treated with respect and made to feel that our business and satisfaction truly mattered to him. He took the time to introduce us to the service manager and got questions answered about some accessories.
Bob Kashius was the sales person was there to guide us through the necessary paperwork to complete the sale on April 12, 2011. We could not have asked for a more personable yet professional gentleman to deal with. He spent a good deal of time providing an thorough orientation to the vehicle. Everything was explained to our total satisfaction. Business cards and contact information was provided on the sales, service and finance/business employees.
Sarah Nettles is the finance manager that we had the pleasure of dealing with. She secured the best possible rate to finance the car. She was warm, personable, professional and very knowledgeable about the products and services available. She took her time to make sure were fully understood all aspects of the sale and financing despite the fact that she was very busy and remained well after normanl business hours to complete all aspects of the financing. She acted like she genuinely cared about her interaction with us and was delightful to deal with.
To summarize: great dealership, 5 star employees, great experience. Maybe if most dealerships had employees like the three that guided us through the purchase at Mastro Motors perhaps customers would not perceive the buying experience as like getting a root canal with the benefit of anesthesia. I highly recommend this dealership without any reservations whatsoever to anyone interested in a Subaru!=====

My Review of Mastro Subaru:I was just about to buy another vehicle at a different dealership (non-Subaru) but by chance I stopped in at Mastro Subaru in Sanford, Florida to test drive a Legacy. Jeannie Kneisly-Manley was the sales person who assisted me throughout the entire process. She did a fantastic job and actually sold me on the Subaru Outback. Like I mentioned earlier, I was just about 90% through the buy process at another dealership! But after the test drive and the positive interaction I had with Jeannie I knew the Outback was the vehicle for me.
I KNOW THIS MAY BE AN ISSUE FOR EVERY BUYER BUT I REALLY BELIEVE MY FOLLOWING ISSUE COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER.....The ONLY negative aspect of the purchase process was the final price of the vehicle. I paid JUST about sticker price for the Outback and the back office sales staff, NOT Jeannie, were not in a negotiation mood I guess. At one point it seemed as if they were trying to subtlety tell me that they were doing me a favor by selling the car to me.
Lastly, though the second half of this review was disappointing to me I believe the professional and thoughtful attention Jeannie provided to me will last longer in my mind then the questionable price I paid for the vehicle.=====

I generally despise the whole kabuki dance process associated with a new car purchase, and Mastro provided just the purchasing experience I was hoping to have. I made the initial contact via their webpage, and the next morning, I had a firm "out the door" price agreed upon that was fair and what I considered to be a good deal. Most importantly, this deal didn't "disappear" when I arrived to transact the deal. Additional services/warranties were offered, but there wasn't a hard sell, which I really appreciated. My Review of Mastro Subaru:My elderly parents totaled their minivan just before Christmas. My sister had heard good things about Subaru and suggested they check out the Forester.
After they visited the local Subaro dealer in Ocala, I was concerned about them getting taken advantage of by the salesperson. Although I am 3000 miles away in California, I decided to attempt to handle the car buying details and negotiating for them. I contacted various dealers in Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa and Gainesville.
From the first point of contact, Christine Mallon was friendly and informative. Though out the entire process I was truly amazed at the level of attention and care she extended to myself, my sister and parents. My parents were planning to drive to Orlando, but my Mom had a dental emergency which required an unexpected root canal.
Realizing that my folks would have a difficult time driving to Orlando, Christine was able to get permission from her manager and actually delivered the car-- over an hour away!
We are all extremely happy with the service we received from Mastro Subaro. My parents LOVE the new Forester, and my father was practically giddy describing it to me over the phone.
I am grateful and blown away at Christine's kindness and professionalism.

My Review of Mastro Subaru:After a lot of research on cars, I settled on the Subaru Outback. The next thing to do was to find a dealer. I contacted several in the Central Florida area. Mastro, and in particular Diane, were the most responsive and kept in contact via email without being pushy. They quoted me a good price online so I knew walking in what to expect. I, like many, have had bad dealer experiences so I was apprehensive going in to do the deal--expecting that it would be high pressure and that I'd get all kinds of silly fees added to the price. With Mastro, I could not have been more wrong. They were above boards on the price and treated me with a lot of respect. It was a real pleasure doing business with them and I would highly recommend them to others. I love my Outback and I had a great experience at Mastro.
As for Diane, she was very personable and friendly. She also wanted to make sure I had a great experience and was a wealth of knowledge about the car. She even helped me set up the bluetooth in the car with my iPhone. The test drive she took me on was the best I've ever had--she really knows the car well and showed me how well the car handled. My Review of Mastro Subaru:My salesperson, Diane, was awesome!!! She is very knowledgeable about Subaru cars and very helpful without pressure. She was genuine and caring. My kids really liked her as well because she was "cool". I met Diane last year at Petco where I test drove an Outback; I told her that I wanted another Outback because I loved the one I previously had (unfortunately, I did not get it in the divorce settlement.) Diane made a memorable impression on me due to her sincerity and passion for Subarus. I got Diane's card and when I was ready to buy this year, I called her. She even remembered me and my dog, Leroy, who also approved the Outback the day we test drove it at Petco.
It is important to note that Dustin and Sarah in the sales & finance offices were very professional and helpful. (They treated my like family and did not talk down to me the way staff at other car dealerships have in the past.) Everyone I dealt with at Mastro Subaru provided outstanding service. My Review of Mastro Subaru:I had to say goodbye to my beloved Subaru WRX as it was destroyed in a crash. I credit it with saving my life as I was not hurt but anyone seeing the car would definitely think the driver did not survive. Despite my grief over losing my car, I knew I had to purchase another Subaru and felt I could not like any car as much as my old one. While my heart was not into dealing with the purchase, Alyssa and Dustin made the experience amazingly simple and they found the exact car I wanted. I purchased a Legacy 3.6R and I thought it would be kind of boring looking but I followed it home and it is a beautiful car as well as a fun drive. I will always have a Subaru and while I've had many, many experiences with car dealers over the last 40 years, this was my first good experience which actually should be described as "perfect". My Review of Mastro Subaru:Dianne Greenlaw was the most incredible sales assistant I have ever met. She was not pushy, but pleasant and most of all honest and very, very patient with us. When we car shop, we are extremely thorough and I believe salesmen find it very frustrating to have us as customers. We were even traveling to/from Miami to find this specific car. She stuck with the facts and completely believed in her product. Not an easy vehicle to find in South Florida, we had to widen our search statewide. Once I found the car online, I called her in advance and spoke about the car before visiting. When we arrived, she was very cordial and took us on a 'test' drive. Should be called a 'test of endurance', as this sturdy little car did soooo much! Since we were new to Subaru's and looking for a car for our son, who is a college student in Utah and had never driven in snow, we were looking for a car that had 4 wheel drive, high clearance, and was good on gas mileage. The Subaru Forrester was the best fit for our needs. The 'test' drive was incredible! It was like the wheels were velcroed to the asphalt! The car had a good center of gravity and was very balanced. When Dianne showed us what this car could do, or better yet, would NOT do, we as parents, felt that it was a great small call that would do the job for us. It was easy to drive, and was a great road "hugger". If our son slipped on ice and went off-road, we felt comfortable that the car could easily drive out of a ditch, or more importantly, prevent him from going into the ditch in the first place. Once we confirmed our purchase with Dianne, she helped us finalize all of the small details we wanted fixed on the car before taking delivery. Again, she was very patient and thorough! It has now been a year since we made the purchase and had the car shipped to Utah. Our son has been driving it now for a year and to-date has yet to have any problems ? and this was a used model with over 100,000 miles on it. My Review of Mastro Subaru:I have had several phone call follow ups from Nanci which is more than other dealers in my area have done, yes the did reply to my emails but there was no real invitation to come in and drive a new Subara.
Nanci did follow up with me with several phone calls even when she was 50 miles away from me. She was very pleasent on the phone with no pressure to come visit her and drive a new Subaru outback.
Upon meeting Nanci and the dealer manager every thing was very pleasent with no purchassing pressure.
After driving the new outback we had financial discussions and I did purchase the Outback from Mastro Subaru, as the pricing was agreable and within the amount I was looking for.

Well had the car 2 months, had a car accident which totaled the car. So I went back to the dealership to see Emily again but she had left the dealership. I talked with Brian Travis, Joe Anglada Jr. and Nicholas Gildea they remembered me from just a few months earlier, explained to them what happened and that I was back to purchased another new car. My Review of Mastro Subaru:Having dealt with one of the most horrific car leasing experiences at Universal Hyundai in Orlando three years ago, my wife and I yearned to do business with an honest, reputable, knowledgeable and welcoming dealership as Mastro Subaru of Sanford proved to be. Like many others, I personally don't mind driving 30 miles each way to do business with a commendable car dealership. Mastro well exceeded our expectations and we owe it all to Dianne Greenlaw! My wife was highly skeptical and uneasy of dealerships in general. Leasing an imported vehicle for a second time was not on her to do list. This of course due to our ghastly experience with Universal Hyundai.
Dianne held our hand so to speak and guided us to leasing a brand new 2011 Subaru Outback which my wife loves more than her own husband! Dianne and Joe went out of their way to accommodate our financing needs in a professional and very friendly manner. These days a dealership that stands behind their product is quite difficult to find - this is where Mastro's wonderful service people come in. Jason Lance and Jay are top notch guys who definitely know their Subies!
If we had to do it again, I know of no other place to do business with other than Mastro! Kudos to a well deserved team and dealership whom is obviously proud of their products and most importantly the service than comes after the sale. My Review of Mastro Subaru:I walked into Subaru ready to buy! I was with my father and I knew what I wanted because of what my 2006 Subaru did for my life. So I followed up and purchased a NEW 2010 Subaru WRX STI. It is a beautiful machine and something I like to call my "Bubble."
July 28th, 2009 at around 8:50 P.M. I was in a horrible head on car accident. I was traveling 45 MPH and the opposite vehicle a Chrysler 300 SRT8 which weighs 5,000, compared to my Subaru's 3,450 (roughly). It plowed into me head on and their estimated speed was 35 MPH. My 2006 Subaru WRX STI stayed in tact and kept my body from death. The front only crunched about 3-4 feet. At the momentum, speed, and the weight of the other vehicle that hit me is tremendous. I am extremely proud and happy to own a Subaru and I will surely own one type of their vehicle's possibly several for my future business to keep my employees safe. The vehicle I will own personally for life is the latest model of the Subaru WRX STI family. I personally enjoy my time when coming in for service at Mastro Import in Sanford Florida. Their service is superb and their customer service is overwhelmingly impressive!=====

My Review of Mastro Subaru:I must begin by stating that I despise car shopping. I was forced to by a new car by my husband who was offered a new job by a company who offered a car allowance instead of a company car like he previously had. To make matters worse, we had to have the new car in our driveway in a matter of a few short weeks. This may not sound like a big task to most, but those who know me know that I am obsessive when it comes to making decisions like these. I spend weeks researching even the smallest purchase - let alone a car. My husband usually just tells me to let him know when I have exhausted all avenues of research and narrowed it down to a few options.
I started my quest for the perfect family vehicle on the internet. Our current minivan had served us well and would become the "company" car. I was initially thinking another minivan would be great as we have two kids and a dog and potentially a couple friends along for the ride. However, nothing jumped off the page with great safety ratings and reviews. I really wanted seven passenger seating capacity, but thought I really did not use the full seven seats very often.
Our short list was whittled down to the Ford Flex, Jeep Wrangler (4 door), Subaru Forester and the Subaru Outback.
We test drove the Ford Flex first. The car looks cool and lives up to it's name - it has very flexible seating on the inside. The ride was unimpressive though. It felt really low to the ground and I just could not imagine driving it on a daily basis. The salesman did not seem really impressed with the car either. We took a brochure and left. My husband liked the car but was not super excited about it.
Next was the Jeep Wrangler (4 door). The vehicle was roomy and had some neat new features. Let's face it Jeep Wranglers are cool. People love these vehicles whatever the ratings and reviews are. We test drove it and it was fun, but disappointingly unimpressive. My husband would have bought it on the spot though. We had a Jeep in the past and it was great. The general manager asked us what else we were looking at and when I told him Subaru he did not seem too optimistic that we would be back. We left with our brochure and I went home to do more research.
Our next test drive was the Subaru Forester and Outback. My husband was working so it was just me and my teenage son. The salesman was very knowledgeable about all of the safety features. We then test drove both cars. They were very impressive, but we went a couple of miles down the road and turned back to the dealership. Even though the test drive did not highlight the symmetrical all wheel drive or the stability control, both my son and I were hooked on Subaru. The dealership offered us the only Outback Limited they had (a demo with 2000 miles on it) for full sticker price. No thank you.
After telling my husband that Subaru was what I wanted, I directed him to Subaru.com to look at the 2010 Outback. He told me he wanted to test drive a 2.5i Limited, but he was pretty sure it would not be better than the Jeep. I did not know at the time that it would be a bit difficult to find the limited in our area, but I did a search and found one at Mastro Subaru. I called and made an appointment with Dianne Greenlaw for the next day. We loaded up the whole family and drove 73 miles to the dealership. Dianne greeted us and took us to the car and explained the cars features to us. She was super knowledgeable about the vehicle. Our next step was the test drive in which she highlighted some of the car's impressive off road capabilities. My husband was sold after he drove the car. We went back to the dealership and I was sure the games would begin. To my surprise, there were no "car sale games", just great customer service. Dianne introduced us to everyone at the dealership that we would be dealing with. We left the dealership with a great 2010 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited at a fair price!
We could not be more happy with the car or the way we were treated before, during and after the sale. Mastro Subaru will definitely be the first place we go for our next Subaru (yes we are already planning for the next one).

My Review of Mastro Subaru:I have been researching crossovers with a 3rd row seating, mostly online. Ford, GMC, Toyota, Honda.. I looked at them all. For awhile I was dragging my feet on actually stepping foot into a dealership for fear of the attack of the pushy salesman. Subaru was not on my radar AT ALL.
My BFF was having her suzuki serviced at Mastro and I stopped by to pick her up for lunch and shopping. Upon returning to the dealership I took a peak at the Outback and sat behind the wheel. Dianne came out and asked if I had any questions. I told her the Outback was nice, but I was really looking for a 3rd row seat. She told me about the Tribeca. I RELUCTANTLY gave Dianne my cell number - she said she would call when the '11 Tribeca's arrived, but I was expecting to be stalked by a car sales person. As soon as I got home, I looked at the Tribeca online and it was out of my price range.
As expected, within two hours ...my cell phone rang, guess who? Dianne from Mastro. She was calling to let me know there was a '10 Tribeca in Tampa and she could have it brought over if I wanted to test drive. I was honest and told Dianne, it was more than I could afford. She told me she would keep her eye open for a used Tribeca if one came in.
Four weeks went by and not a SINGLE call from Dianne, surprising. During those four weeks I worked on my budget and decided to look at something more affordable. And my searched started over, minus the 3rd backseat. Ford, Toyota, GMC, Honda... and now the Subaru which I never considered before this. After intensive online shopping .. it was time for a test drive. I called Dianne and told her I would be there in 20 minutes and told her I wanted test drive a Forester and the Outback. When I got there, Dianne had the cars pulled around and the ice cold AC running in both. We went on the most realistic test drive EVER. It was crazy and I realized how amazing the Subaru product really is. Even the "Oh my GOD bars" were used by my two kids in the backseat. We even pulled over and tried the handsfree/bluetooth feature and called my BFF. Even my BFF grilled Dianne about the features, safety, ratings, etc.. via the handsfree. Dianne was so knowledgeable. She said something that was different... I don't want you to just buy a car, I want you to love the car you buy. AND I DO. She was honest with my trade-in and really understood my situation. We worked out a deal we could both live with and I ended buying a 2011 Outback. I even was inspired to clean out my garage to keep my new Subaru in. Thanks Diane and the entire Mastro team. I'll be back in 3 years for my next Subaru.=====

My Review of Mastro Subaru:We have been researching all of the available crossover and compact SUV's some front wheel drive and some AWD. Well upon extensive research we decided to do a test drive of a Subaru Forester. I thru my internet research found that Mastro Imports was the closest Subaru dealer to us. They are about 60 miles from our home. I contacted them and my initial contact person was Nanci Dicarlantonio. I made an appointment to visit and test drive a vehicle. Well unfortunately we had some family issues come to fruition that took priority. I had to cancel our initial appointment. We have been very involved with the family problem and Nanci kept contact with us thru our troubles and gave us the time to deal with our personal issues. We were again able to rebook an appointment on short notice with her. Well we made the trip and am I ever glad we did! First the vehicle test drive moderated by Nanci was the deciding factor. We decided that this was the vehicle for us. We had minimal time to visit with her that first visit and she was very understanding. We were able to with the assistance of her Sales Manager Joe Anglada Jr. reach a mutually agreeable price along with fantastic financing. And this we did while again back at home further dealing with our family problem. The day came for delivery of the vehicle and unfortunately the family problem did not allow us to go to the dealership. Well Nancy stepped up to the plate and offered to personally deliver the vehicle to us! She with the very able assistance of her co worker Dianne Greenlaw delivered this beautiful new perfectly service and prepared Spark Silver Metallic Subaru Forester to our front door with all the prepared paperwork in proper order! It could not have been more convenient nor easier for us especially so involved with other matters. Her exceptional customer service and outstanding product knowledge made me a Subaru convert so that when it came to finding a used car for my teenage daughter, I only looked at the Subaru brand. After telling her my requirements, she kept a close watch on the dealership inventory and alerted me of a match the day it came in as a trade in. Since inventory for used Subaru cars is somewhat scarce (people keep their cars forever!) she arranged to put a hold on the vehicle (with a deposit) until we could schedule a test drive. My Review of Mastro Subaru:After doing a lot of research, we had decided that we wanted to buy a Forester, because of its all-wheel drive and relatively high ground clearance, since we frequently drive soft, sandy roads in Florida's Withlacoochee State Forest. I checked options and prices on the Internet, and then requested a quote through USAA's car buying service. Sales Manager Joe Anglada surprised me with a phone call, offering to assist me in our purchase before I had even finished printing the quote to show my husband, who was in the next room!
When we arrived for our appointment, Joe and Sales Consultant Emily Cuellar greeted us. Emily showed us the features on the car, and demonstrated her vast knowledge of the vehicle as she ably answered all our questions. When we agreed to buy the Forester, we were pleased with how easy it was to close the deal and how efficiently all the paperwork was handled. My Review of Mastro Subaru:I'm in the market for a new vehicle one that will be versatile and yet so reliable. My search has involved many vehicles in the past few wks anywhere i.e. cars, SUV's and Crossovers. I found the vehicle of choice just have to make the final decision.
I have to say, Mastro Subaru has been very cooperative in assisting me to find that right vehicle.
Having worked in various management/customer services in my career, I especially look for that one special thing or "person" which stands out & makes me want to come back to establish a rapport with. I found that "special person" who has totally impressed me the most, her name is Emily Cuellar. Emily by far outshines any other car sales person I've met and I've encountered a few recently. Emily is very outgoing, energetic and is totally interested in you as the consumer/customer. She strives for excellence in her presentation and her work. She has been the "only" salesperson who can answer any question presented to her without hestitation regarding the mechanics, crash ratings, interior and exterior of the vehicle she sells. Her knowledge about her products puts her head and shoulders above others in this business. She has what it takes to be successful! I was totally blown away by Emily's attention and professionalism to the fine details whether it was the car, financing or my questions. She made me feel quite at ease in allowing me to express what I'm looking for in a vehicle long term. Emily is the total package in her field of car expertise and with no pressure to "just buy a car" as she understands it's an investment. This investment is a shared win win for us both, me the consumer and she the salesperson. I would and will share her name to family and friends for their car shopping/buying experience. Emily is an asset to this company I hope they recognize her fully for her talents!=====

My Review of Mastro Subaru:My husband and I have purchased many vehicles in our 70+ years but NEVER has the experience been so pleasant. We took our 2001 Subaru into Mastro for repair and while there decided to look at the 2010 models. Dianne Greenlaw asked if she could answer any qustions or be of any help. She was so courteous and professional and never once was there any "high pressure" involved. She took us for a great test ride and, of course, we were sold immediately on the many new and improved features of the Outback. We have never dealt with anyone more knowledgeable about vehicles - who ever said women can't sell cars??? After much deliberation, we decided to purchase the 2010 Outback and then we began the dreaded "dealing" procedure. We told her what we could afford and then we met with Joe Anglada, the Sales Manager. Much to our surprise, this was also a pleasant experience. It was getting late in the afternoon and our home is almost 30 miles from the dealership. Since our new car had to be detailed, we left in our 2001 Subaru and - here is the great pat - Dianne DELIVERED our new 2010 Outback to our home the next day!!! What service! She spent a lot of time with me explaining all the features again and even programmed our garage door opener.
On a scale of 1 to 10, we can truthfully give Dianne a 15!! Her professionalism, courtesy, personality and attention to detail and satisfying our needs cannot be beat. We would not hesitate to recommend Dianne and Mastro.
By the way, our new 2010 Outback is a dream!=====

My Review of Mastro Subaru:It had been almost 18 years since my husband and I purchased a new vehicle so we did our "research" checking into and test driving several SUV's. Since we tend to keep our vehicles for many years we wanted to make sure we would have one that was reliable and comfortable and the Forester fits our needs perfectly and we're so pleased with it. Alyssa Foley was our sales person and we immediately felt very comfortable working with her. We made several trips to look at and test drive the Forester and Alyssa was very helpful in answering all the questions we had about it. I can't say enough about how working with Alyssa was such a pleasure. We also had the pleasure of working with Joe Anglada the Sales Manager. There were never any hard sell tactics used by either Alyssa or Joe at any time, just courteous and friendly encounters. In fact, every time we visited Mastro we were met by a friendly sales person who promptly inquired as to how they could help us. We believe Mastro is a top notch car dealership and thank them for making this a very pleasant experience for us.=====

My Review of Mastro Subaru:I was interested in purchasing a Subaru Impreza WRX, and I contacted Mastro Subaru of Sanford through my insurance company's car pricing website. Joe responded the same day and gave me full details on what my price would be, and how long it would take to get my car.
The next day I ordered my WRX through Mastro Subaru of Sanford. After the car shipped in I was contacted by Dianne who would be my sales person. She took care of the details of making sure the car was in order and properly detailed.
I arrived at approximately 2:30pm and by 4:00pm I had test driven my car with Christine, signed all my paperwork with Nick, and had all of the ownership material explained to me.
Mastro was quick, friendly, courteous, and classy through the whole experience with me, and their price was quite acceptable.
I'd recommend them to ANYONE who is in their area and is in the market for one of the AWESOME cars Subaru offers.=====

My Review of Mastro Subaru:If you ask me about Mastro Subaru I am going to tell you very simply they are the; 5 Star, top of their class, Best in Class, a Stellar performer and I would rate them as The Dealer of The Year. Over the past 34 years I have bought 16 new vehicles of several different brands and from different dealerships but this was my first Subaru and my first experience with Mastro Subaru in Sanford Fl and no one has ever come close to the professionalism that I received and the great feeling that I made the right decision to purchase a vehicle from Mastro Subaru.
I was looking for a vehicle that I could use every day for work putting on about 24,000 miles a year, have comfort, good gas mileage and reliable. I went to a local Honda dealer a corporate dealership that sells many different brands and I have bought from this corporate company before and visited them 4 times over a 2 week time frame told them what I was interested in gave them my info my business card with my phone number on it and they told me the car I wanted was coming in next week. I talked to 3 different sales people because every time I went back the last sales person I talked to was not in, and now it's over a month and no one has ever called me back, sure glad I did not buy there. I also visited several other dealerships of other brands and for the most part the sales people and sale mgrs were trying high pressure, got to buy today deals and not listening to my needs. Ok enough about other dealerships and back to Mastro Subaru.
When I went to Mastro I thought I was going to get the same type of sales service that I was getting from other dealerships in today's economy. To my surprise this dealership was just the opposite, they actually listened to my needs, no high pressure techniques or the feeling that I have to buy on my first visit. My sales person was Nanci Dicarlantonio and by far she was the best sales person or I should say product specialist that I have ever dealt with, she is truly a stellar performer and in my opinion Mastro Imports is lucky to have her on their side. Nanci is not the only stellar performer at this dealership, Joe the sales mgr was great he also listened to my needs and took the time to work with me not like other dealerships were the sales mgrs just come over sometimes and say your sales person got you a good deal you should be happy and sometimes they just stay behind there glass enclosed office and say nothing, again I think Mastro is lucky to have Joe on their side.
Ok I know that this is long but I must also tell you that when I purchased my new Outback I had Nanci order some extras to be installed before I took delivery and that was another great experience, Nanci followed thru and made sure everything was delivered as promised. The service and parts departments were great I know it sounds like I am saying the same thing over and over, but it's true they were happy and friendly people and great to deal with, they even called me days after I took delivery to make sure that I was enjoying the extras I had them install and to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction. I know I won't think twice about going back to them when service is needed, they were just great to deal with.
In conclusion if you're looking for a dealership that takes an interest in you and you are not just another sales number then go to Mastro Imports.

We flew from MI to Sanford, Fl & Nanci picked us up at the airport. Dlr created a fun & festive event. We drove the car back to MI. We knew there was a doc fee but no MI dlr gets away with that, though a few have tried. Anyway, great memories were made. Car is great. Staff is outstanding.

I sent emails thru 3 Subaru dealers' websites & Diane Greenlaw is the only salesperson who answered my email promptly & responded to the questions I asked - the others sent form replies. Diane was both extremely personable & extremely professional plus being extremely knowledgable about the product. She actually seemed to care about seeing that we got what we wanted, & worked with me & my husband to get us the best deal on our trade-in. My Review of Mastro Subaru:Maestro provided absolutely the best Subaru dealer service department experience I have enjoyed since purchasing my 2000 Forester 10 years ago. With the exception of oil change and tire replacement, the car has always been Subaru dealer maintined. Jay patiently showed and explained to me the condition of the brakes and required brake repair work. Maintained the repair quote even though additional parts were required. Reconnected the cruise control function which the mechanic at another Subaru dealer here in FL had neglected to do when the rear axle and struts were replaced. Car was originally purchased at another Suburu dealer in NJ not far from Subaru's US headquarters. First dealer in my experience to offer a FREE current model year Legacy loaner vehicle while waiting for parts to arrive. Yes, I will recommend this servce department to a couple of Honda owners I know who are not happy with their local dealership's service dept. Yes, I will definitely come back for additional service as required and a replacement vehicle when the car body has told me "Its time".

My Review of Mastro Subaru:I am extremely satisfied with the level of customer service I received from Mastro Subaru. As an internet savvy buyer, I did all of my research online then sent an email to Mastro for their lowest quote on a new Impreza WRX. Although they did not have the car I wanted available on their lot, they quickly located one at their Tampa location and emailed a reply with the car's information (even uploading pictures of the car to their website for me). By communicating directly with the sales person (Nanci DiCarlantonio) and the Sales Manager (Joe Anglada) I managed to successfully negotiate a price for the vehicle through email, and once a price was agreed upon they had the car waiting for me at the Sanford location the very next day. The other (non-Subaru) car dealerships I had emailed with previously were either very vague with their price quotes or just outright unresponsive to emails, preferring to bombard my voicemail. Nanci and Joe were very prompt and informative in their replies and they even sent me a PDF attachment with a buyer's order showing the exact cost breakdown of the vehicle so that there would be no "surprises" when I showed up to purchase the car. They even honored the exact dollar amount for my Trade based on the Auto Trader Guaranteed trade in assessment from Mastro's website (which was very handy!). They were very up front about the financing details, and made no attempts to "hide money" in the financing like I've seen other dealerships do. The entire purchasing experience was extremely smooth from inquiry to price negotiation to trade-in and finally to financing/purchasing I could not be happier. I will be recommending Mastro Subaru to my friends and family.=====

After we went our separate ways, I needed to trade my F150. Not the easiest thing to do in the middle of a recession. I spotted my little Civic by chance just drivin by. At home, i went online to get some details. They had an excellent set of photos, and the price was right. Just pay off my F150 and i'll pay cash for the civic, i told Diane. She said its a deal, when would you like to see the car? How about tonight? i went to the lot near closing time just to look. I was expecting the usual hard sell antics you encounter at most dealers. Not here. Diane and Joe actually stayed late, just for me. I bought my Civic that same night. I hope one of the CEO's of the large mega-dealers reads this review. Two years i saved to by this car. No possible way i would spend that much money at one time while being pressured or hassled! Yes Autonation, im talking about you! Your time has come. You are the Wal-mart of the auto industry. Hardworking americans such as myself no longer wish to grease the wheels of your defunct corporate machine. I have replaced Walmart and i have replaced you! I discovered the truck from Mastro's excellent m, up-to-date and complete website. I could tell from the extensive pictures, that the truck had the features I wanted and was in good condition.
Dianne was my primary contact. From my first phone call to see if the truck was still available to the final details, Dianne was helpful, informed and friendly. I was pleased with the offer and trade-in allowance. I saw no need to bargain beyond their first offer.
An unfortunate incident showed the quality of the dealership. The night before I purchased the truck, someone had keyed the right side of the truck from front to rear. I bought the truck with the understanding that Mastro would fix the scratches. They did an excellent job with a perfect color match and it is impossible to find the original scratches.
I would high recommend Mastro in general for a new or used car and specifically Dianne Greenlaw for sales.

I just purchased a 2010 Imprezza Outback Sport from this dealership and had an exceptional experience with the staff and love my new car! Although they maintain the small family owned atmosphere, they gave me the best deal compared to the giant high pressure dealerships. I had shopped another local dealership but found Mastro much more attentive to my time. They even located the color I wanted with the options I wanted and had it available for me within a day. My Review of Mastro Subaru:
Driving to work the first day of the new year 2010, and just a half mile from home, my transmission starts slipping. I'm thinking: "What a way to start of the new year!" Towed the car to Mastro Imports in Sanford, Florida where an inspection revealed the transmission had failed. The next day a call from Key Johnson, my Mastro Service Rep, informs me that Mastro will replace the transmission under the original factory warranty at no cost to me. Then I almost laugh out loud as Kelly goes on to describe in much detail and with so much enthusiasm the other work that the mechanic recommends be done while the car is in the shop. I opted for replacing the front disc brakes and replacing a ball joint. Total time in the shop just four business days! The actual cost for the service work that I opted to perform was almost exactly what Kelly estimated. Now as I drive to work each day and near the spot where the transmission started slipping, I think about the great service experience at Mastro Imports and smile to myself "Kelly knows more about cars than most men do!"

My Review of Mastro Subaru:
We have no Subaru dealerships locally so much of our shopping was thru the internet. We did take two test drives with the Impreza so we knew what vehicle we wanted but the color choices were not in our favor.
Out of three dealers, only Mastro and Angel showed a willingness to actually provide a fair deal and a willingness to locate a white hatchback outside of the Orlando area.
The entire transaction was by phone or internet and to be honest, I thought the deal was not going to happen when a located vehicle was not released. Joe was able to locate another similar Impreza though and the deal closed at the end of the year.
To add only as constructive improvements, I as the buyer, was not informed on a timely basis when there were delays, etc. Please keep the buyer informed and it will lead to less frustration.
We love the new Impreza Hatchback! Thanks to Mastro for making it happen.

My Review of Mastro Subaru:
My last two vehicles were Mercedes-Benz with the last one a $75,000 G500. I currently have 10 friends with Mercedes-Benz so was I was inclined to get another. I had a company car for the last 6 years now but had to purchase my own car again. I seriously started looking at the Mercedes-Benz C class and the GLK. I was in CA on business last year and rented a C class for a week. The car was great but I was not impressed with the gas mileage. I live and work up north (NY/NJ) where we get a lot of snow so I wanted all wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicle but was tired of SUV's. I started looking into the Subaru Legacy as an option. To my surprise just about every blog or review had nothing but great things to say about the newly redesigned 2010 model. I went for a test drive but the sales person only took me on the highway for a ½ mile then on some local roads. I was not able to come to a decision on such a test drive. My other dilemma is I wanted a Limited with the NAV and no dealer close by had one.
The dealer where I first test drove called me because one came in with a NAV for another customer that I was able to see the NAV operate. I happened to stop by the dealer by my office where I first started and they gave me a much better test drive on the highway and it had just snowed. The sales lady had me accelerate full speed around the corner without breaking just to show the low center of gravity and how the car handles. She then took me into the empty rear parking lot of my office and had me do donuts. On my way back to the dealership while still in the parking lot I sped up then slammed on the brakes. The car stood still without a nose dive sway or anything. I was sold from that point.
I went back to the dealer and completed the order form. This was mid October 2009; I was told I would receive the car in 6-8 weeks. Two weeks later because I was leaving for CA on business for 3-4 weeks and they would require a deposit before my return. I gave them a bank certified check for $16,000 down payment and added a total of 18 accessories. I never received any updates from the sales person or the manager. I sent emails but they never responded. I finally called and then they told me 6-10 weeks. The 10 week mark would now be the end of December 2009. Based on the original 6-8 weeks I made arrangements with my company to have the company car returned by 12/31/2009.
Still no updates from them and then when I called they told me maybe in January 2010. This was definitely not an option. I started looking on the Internet and on 12/27/2007 I the Legacy 2.5i Limited with NAV and moon roof excluding all the other options I needed at Mastro Subaru. I sent an offer and they responded the next business day (Monday). I sent the dealer where I ordered the car all the information by email and asked that they contact Mastro Subaru to purchase the car for me. They never responded. When I called they said it would not be beneficial to them or me for them to purchase the car so I would need to do it on my own. By this time they had already ran my credit and now I had to do a new credit application for Mastro Subaru. I completed the application on 12/29/2009. On 12/30/2009 the paperwork was sent overnight to me. I received on 12/31/2009 and returned them. They were closed on 1/1/2010 and UPS was closed on 1/2/2010 so they did not receive the paperwork until 1/4/2010. The transportation company was then contacted and the car was delivered to me for 1/06/2010 as promised because I had to leave for CA on 1/7/2010 for another couple of weeks.
The sales person Christine and sales manager Joe were very helpful and did everything possible to make this a pleasurable purchase. I would definitely recommend Mastro Subaru to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru no matter where in the US they are located. This purchase was all completed by phone, email and UPS. That in itself is a true testimony of their professionalism and leadership. Kudos to Mastro Subaru on a job well done. FYI, I cancelled the order from the other dealer on 12/28/2009 and they still cannot tell me when I will receive my $16,000.00 deposit and I will be in CA for another 2-3 weeks

There are some very key information I forgot to mention. Mastro Subaru did not just give me a great deal they gave me a fantastic deal to help offset the additional cost associated with transporting the car from Florida to New York. The sales manager and sales rep from my local dealer never returned my emails or calls if I left a message. I would have to call until I reached one of them, then they would always say they were with another customer. This was very frustrating for me considering I was all the way in CA for most of the time. The ironic thing is when I was in town and stopped by the dealership they were never busy.
Mastro Subaru on the other hand would reply to my emails or return my call within an hour and most times within 15 minutes. Christine (sales rep) & Joe (sales manager) made me feel like I was their most important and only customer they had at the time. That says a lot about their commentment to server their customers with pride.I have always believed in customer service and that is what determines success because thery all have the steak (car) but not all have the sizzle (customer service)
I spent three hours in my drive way on 1/06/2010 after receiving the car familiarizing myself with all the gadgets. Bluetooth and voice activation are awesome. The DVD player while in park just blew me away as well. My drive way is 114 ft long and with very little lighting I was able to see cars go by on the street when in reverse through the backup camera. The NAV is also touch screen and voice activated. One of the best I have seen in a very long time. It even shows you the next 3 exits and their distances. I purchased the Limeted and the fit and finish is superb, the type you would find in an upscale luxury brand. The ride quality is very comfortable and the 2.5i with CVT has enough get up and go to keep me happy.
My last company car was a Toyota Camry, great ride quality, 31 MPG, great sound but that was it. Not good in wet or snow because it was only front wheel drive. You would need to look very hard to find another manufactor that has the fit and finish, features, not to mention all wheel drive, 31MPG and price. You will not be able to do so for anything close to it. Mercedes-Benz E class is the same size for twice the prices as Legacy Limited configured. Toyota or Honda does not offer all wheel drive and does not have the luxurious interior. Acura TL is 1 ½ the cost with all wheel drive.
Subaru's are know for their longevity 150,000 - 300,000 miles.I have someone in my office on her third one. She drives them for 150,000 plus then trade them in. I even bought the 7years 100,000 miles extended warranty. If you are in the market for a new vehicle take it from me, go get yourself a test drive, it does not cost anything but could save you a lot in the long run.

I'm so overwhelmed, I don't know where to start. The only time the word Subaru entered my mind was the Natalie Cole song about the pink cadillac!! I went in to look at a used car and not only bought one but bought a new Subaru. I've bought many cars over the years, same old games. It's one of those things I hate most. My husband and I had been looking at used cars all morning...drove 4or 5...very frustrating and dissappointing. We pulled into Mastro, really more for just a scan, not even planning to get out of the car. We were headed to Car Max. Diane was walking in the parking lot and we asked her if their were any used cars. She smiled and said yes. We parked, we got out, we looked at a 2002 Suzuki, she got the keys, we asked her to drive it. It was scary how well she knew this vehicle!!! I thought maybe it had been her personal vehicle and if you know her at all, you know that I'm not exagerating! I wanted it...it was perfect for my daughter and grandchildren. Well......while we were looking around I noticed the new Subaru Outback Sport!!!!Thought it was kinda nice..honestly..not even considering a new car. Afterall...we just bought a Tundra in Dec.08 and THEN in Feb. 09 I bouhgt myself a nice little red Tacoma..brand new. I put a deposit on the used car and went home. We were coming back Jan 2 to pick it up with my daughter and her family. I went home and I kept thinking about that little Outback. I told Diane I might test drive it when we came back and I kept remembering the look on her face when she said "Your gonna be surprised"! She wasn't kidding!! We came early to test drive the car. SHE drove first...My husband and I are in awe of her knowledge of all the cars at Mastro. I've never dealt with such knowledgeable people...EVER! I don't ever want to buy a car anywhere else again. It's so great that everyone seems to be on the same page here. There were no typical mistakes, misinterpretations, unkept promises etc.When we went to Nick Gildea I figured this was the end of it. I couldn't believe how smooth it all went. We were buying TWO cars and trading one in. That's one heck of a nightmare in a car dealership that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy, and to make it even worse...we had TWO SMALL CHILDREN !!!! YES..a 3 y/o and a 7 y/o. We asked to see the manager ,John Fruhmorgen to tell him a thrilled we were with it all. He was very personable. My daughter and family are so thrilled with their vehicle and all I do is smile when I'm driving my new Outback Sport.I hope you can read this and appreciate what I'm saying. This is a good dealership with some really great people that work TOGETHER to make buying cars so pleasant. I haven't dealt with the service department yet, but I am hoping for the same. I bought a car online from this dealership and could not be happier with the purchase. My plan after locating the vehicle online was to catch an airline flight to FL to inspect the vehicle and if as described purchase and drive back home but my sales person, MS Dianne Greenlaw, answered all my questions so well by phone I felt I could take a chance and have the vehicle shipped to me sight unseen which was actually cheaper than my traveling to pick up. I have to admit I was a little nervous doing this till the vehicle showed up exactly as described! This dealership operates in a straight-up, no B.S. fashion which is exactly what it take to sell me a car. I would recommend them and MS Greenlaw in particular without reservation and plan to shop for my next vehicle with them.

Diane was very knowledgeable and gave us a great test drive. She was the best overall sales person we delt with since shopping the following brands: Volvo, Mercedes, Honda, Acura, Toyota, Cadilac, Buick, and Audi. Diane gave us information we needed without ever being pushy, or high pressure. She was a professional in every way.
The service dept installed some add on items and they were supper nice. One error in installing the satalite radio caused me to have to drive one hour back to the dealer because my phone microphone did not work. This could have been corrected if the system had been tested. The people in the service dept have sense been super. They seem to really care about doing a great job. I like this dealership over all very much!

I have been dealing with Mastro Subaru for over a year now. I purchased my 2009 Forester in October of 2008. Today I went in for my 15K service. I wanted to take the time to let everyone know that every interaction that I have had with this Dealership has been exceptional. Today was no different. I also had an incident in my Subaru that everyone needs to know. It happened March of 2009.
My husband and I recently helped my mother-in-law move to IL. We drove two trucks and two vehicles, each with one driver. Somewhere north of GA, I had the opportunity to experience the VDC, vehicle dynamics control, at 75-80 MPG. During the demo in 2008, the speed was considerably less, but still the VDC was impressive. March of 2009 found me the last member of our caravan. We approached a section of road where there was merging traffic from both the left and the right. The vehicle to my left either did not see me or did not care that I was in the space I occupied. At the same time, there was a merging vehicle on my right. What happened next occurred in a split second as all traffic was moving very fast, at about 75-80 MPG. My reaction was to avoid both vehicles and I jerked the steering wheel. I felt the Subaru slightly shudder and shimmy, but maintain a safe course forward. Had I not had the VDC I am convinced that I would have overreacted or overcorrected and been part of a very serious accident. Thus far, I have been very happy with my purchase, and this incident sealed the deal with me.
Back to the service. Just last week a neighbor of mine took his car (not purchased there) to the service department. His wife had purchased a Suzuki through the Mastro Dealership there, and they decided to have his car serviced there as well. He indicated that he was extremely impressed with the level of service and the professionalism demonstrated by the Service Department.
My experience from the Sales to the Service has been exceptional. Jay and Jason are usually who I speak with and Di was my Salesperson. They are always courteous. I have also observed that the entire staff seems to be happy with their work environment and team members. That makes for a good place with which to deal. I can recommend Mastro with two thumbs up, AAA+ or 11 out of 10. In other words...just go there.

While having my Jeep serviced, I walked around the lot to find a truck we had been looking for. After inquiring about the price (good) and milage (high), I decided to wait and think about it. We were called back and urged to at least give it a test drive. We were allowed to keep it for 24 hours to drive it around and get a feel for it. The truck was inspected by a mechanic and said to be in great condition even though the miles were higher than we hoped. Nancy was very accommodating and helpful. After the test drive we were still giving it some thought when Nancy called and asked about trading in our Jeep. After a day or so, we were able to find a deal that I was happy with. Went in and bought the truck and all this in less than 3 hrs in the actual dealership. Very happy with our "new" truck and Nancy's help.

My experience buying a car was very pleasant. Dianne is a very knowledgable sales person (knows Subaru cars from top to bottom). She is very helpful and no pressure, which I liked. I traveled from Ga. to buy from Mastro because they had the best price and exactly the vehicle that I wanted. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We settled on a price on-line and I received additional discounts before signing (which was an added surprise). I have owned my Subaru for two months and absolutely love it! I recently drove it in the Ga. mountains to a mountaintop cabin (straight up a verticle). I was very nervous at first but the Subaru took the road with little effort and I felt safe driving up and down the mountain all weekend.
I highly recommend Dianne and the sales staff at Mastro. I will make the drive down for service and installations, even though there are closer dealerships.

My experience with their service has been good. I had changed my car at another dealer and my wheels were scratched. So I brought my white subaru in to Mastro Subaru of Orlando to replace 4 tires/balanced. They did a good job. No scratches on wheels at all. Also used sticky weights that are more concealed. Very happy.
