Hands on from their days sweeping floors in the shop under Pete Mastro Sr.'s watch, Pete and Stephen are involved operators watching over the daily operation of both Mastro Subaru locations. Pete handles the fixed operations side, parts and service... Stephen covers sales and operations. While many service customers don't realize he is an owner, Pete often works the service adviser desk to keep in touch with customer wants and needs. Likewise, you will find Stephen consulting on a trade in value out front.
Joe has been helping the Mastro Family grow it's Sanford location ever since it opened back in 2007. He has over 16 years of automotive sales and management experience. Originally from the Metro Chicago area, Joe has spent the last 16 years in Florida with time in both Tampa and Orlando.
Carlos recently moved from the dry heat of Phoenix to the our wonderful humid climate. He was working with Subarus in Arizona and can help you too. Carlos also speaks Spanish. He started as a sales consultant, dipped his toe into the finance department and has been promoted to sales manager.
Jason has over 21 years in the automotive field with both parts & service experience. He has been our service manager since Mastro's arrival to Sanford since 2007. He has achieved the highest level of training and certification in Subaru, Suzuki, Isuzu and Chrysler for service and Ford for parts counter person. Three time back to back Isuzu Master Elite Top Service Advisor Award winner and four time Subaru Summit Platinum Award winner. Jason now spends his weekends racing our Mastro Motorsports auto-cross race car when he's not fishing.

Ray is our head of finance in Sanford. He handles your documents and arranging financing through our multiple lenders.
Kevin joined us from a different brand and has taken over the duties of handling used cars, helping work out deals for customers and assisting in the finance department.
Our sales team is Subaru Certified to get you the right information when you need it. The goal is to keep things easy and pleasant. Getting a new car should be fun!
Kendra has been with the Mastro family since 2011. She's a native Floridian and a graduate of Florida State University. In her limited spare time she loves to volunteer at local soup kitchens. There's a big heart inside this little girl!
Michael has been with us, helping customers find the right car. He is Fluent is Spanish as well.
Michael is our concierge for technology and all the questions you end up with when you buy a new car. He spends time with you, one on one, to help make sure you are comfortable with all the new features on the car.
Francis comes to us from Tampa, FL. He has known the Mastro family for 30+ years. He's a graduate of the University of South Florida and still loves his Bulls. When he's not selling cars, he can be found at an open mic night. Francis is honing his skills as an aspiring comic.
Francisco joined us from a competing brand, we're happy that he made the switch to Subaru! Francisco also speaks Spanish.
Nick comes to us as a serious car enthusiast, especially Subaru. He's in the right place.
Travis is back, after a brief hiatus. He's rested and ready to help you find the right car and if you don't know Travis, he's a customer service champ. Travis is also our official drone pilot.
Chelsey just joined us and is new to the car business. She is dedicated to helping you find the right car.
Nate is our Internet manager and oversees your online requests for information. If you prefer to shop online, Nate will help you get things done before you leave the house.
Andrea joined the Mastro team back in August 2013. She recently earned her B.A. degree while working full-time for a Subaru dealership in Massachusetts. While not at work, she enjoys spending time with her son getting to know Central Florida.
Cassandra joined us recently from another major brand and has made the move from service to sales. She already fits right in with our crew and knows cars inside and out.
Jennifer is part of our internet team and comes to us from the banking industry. She is helpful and will get you answers to all your questions.
Kelly is one of our Certified Subaru Service Advisers, she knows cars and can help you keep yours running trouble free while keeping the costs down. She has over 10 years Subaru experience.

Joe joined our Mastro Family in 2008. He has achived the highest level of certification for Suzuki, Isuzu, Chrysler and A.S.E. and is well on his way for Subaru. He started his career out of high school in 1998 and continued his education at Seminole Community College with an AS degree in Automotive technician management in 2003.
Rusty has earned the highest level of certification for Subaru, Suzuki, Isuzu and A.S.E.. He started his passion of repairing vehicles in 1992 for the U.S. Marine Corp. He has worked in the dealership since 1996 and joined our Mastro Family in 2007.
Robert has earned the highest level of certification for Subaru and Hyundai. He started in the automotive field and has been with Subaru since 1991. Robert has been with our Mastro family since 2007.

"Super Dave" is our most enthusiastic crew member... He's always up and always busy. Whether it's keeping the property tight, shuttling customers, or trimming trees, Super Dave is the guy who never says no. In his spare time, he works on his dream of becoming the next You Tube rap star.

Elusive and not one to take any nonsense, Zella avoided a photo for many months. Finally, on the day to honor our office staff, a photo was finally snapped! Perfect? No. But it's a photo. :-)
Nancy works in the accounting department here in Sanford. She is a whiz at auto registrations and title work.
